It Started in a Lodge Kitchen.

In 2021, while working as Lead Grill Cook at Cougar Mountain Lodge in Smith's Ferry, Idaho, I wanted something authentic to Idaho to serve alongside smoked meats and appetizers.

Not a generic restaurant supply sauce.

Something handcrafted. Something bold. Something built around Idaho huckleberries.

So I started experimenting.

Then guests started asking for more.
